Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)

It may not have a very catchy title, but as Richard Baglin of the Greenwich Society points out, the borough has an obligation to set out how it will consult us on its plans for the CIL.

The CIL is the new charge that councils can choose to levy on development in their area. Greenwich has just finished a consultation on its CIL draft schedule, so it’s something we could ask our councillors about.
